Playing catch up!

I have recently turned 30! I have been dreading turning 30 for quite some time now. I know this sounds silly, but I officially feel like an adult. My Mom and Adam made sure I had a pretty special day. The weekend before my 30th B.day my Mom threw me a party at Sunday Park. It was a nice day, a little chilly for late April, but the sun was shinning and everybody was happy. Adam was planning a surprise party for me the following weekend, but some things came up and he had to tell me about it. However, he did pull a fast one on me and had my Dad, Debbie, and C.J. come down from Chicago to surprise my sisters and myself. It was great seeing them and very special that they came down for my big day.

I just noticed my Dad, Debbie, and C.J. walking through the door.

Nicholas had to run over to Hailey (the baby) to give her a hug before she left the party.

Nicholas turned 2!
I can't believe my baby is 2. He has grown up so much this past year. He is running all over the place. He is talking like crazy and most days I am convinced he thinks he is old enough to do whatever his older siblings are doing at the moment. He is already almost potty trained. He just turned 2 and he is out of diapers. I still put him in a diaper at night, but he wakes up dry 95% of the time. He is still having a hard time with #2, but I haven't been fussing at him too much considering he is super early.

Lindsay had her dance recital. She did so awesome! However, this Momma was a nervous wreck for her. She danced on such a huge stage and there were so many people watching her. She danced to Puppy Love and was the best looking puppy I have ever seen. She absolutely loved going to dance this year and almost had a break down when I told her she had to take the summer off. I assured her that she would continue in the fall.

Zachary had his last soccer game on Saturday. He was also a little bummed that it had come to an end. He has really grown so much and learned so many new skills this year. We really like his coach and plan on putting him on the same team in the fall.
